"The language of poetic line", is a unique manner in which I graphically and emotionally express imagery, melodies and my aesthetic intellect. Complemented by the wood's grain (a moment captured in time), each composition sings... and you the viewer, are drawn into this lyrical dialog. A conversation that
will draw you back again and again... as fresh,
and as deep as you're willing to go.

My early paintings portrayed the intangible energy, the inner movement and complexities of the subject. Paintings, strong with emotion and state of being.
The subject takes form through the composition of line... through my language of poetic line that speaks confidently and is clearly understood by all.

My work has evolved in its expression and use
of color, texture, imagery and form. All the while, maintaining its intrinsic appeal, "Transparency"... allowing the viewer to hear, feel, and see beneath the surface. To bond with the subject with increasing intensity.

Pablo Picasso believed that his paintings must awaken something, even in the man who doesn't ordinarily look at pictures. In each painting, he wanted to provide something for every level of thinking.

I share this view and my intent is to communicate with you, through this universal language of poetic
line... through imagery and emotions... offering you
a part of me, that you may
find, is a part of you.
